  I had become frustrated with a real estate broker who was constantly unavailable, never responded to phone calls within a timely fashion; sometimes it would take him over 24 hrs, furthermore his primary method of communication was text when he would finally respond back. I wanted to make an offer on a house that I had seen and I felt uncomfortable entering a contract with a broker that was unavailable. I browsed and researched Cindy Sinan's website on a Saturday evening. By early Sunday morning she had responded to my internet enquiry with details of her personal cell to call for further assistance. I called her Sunday morning around 9am expecting to leave a voicemail. I was shocked when she answered her phone and we engaged into a conversation for over 25minutes. Before the end of the day we had written an offer and submitted it. The following morning she had me in touch with a lender and we were trying to get my offer letter. Unfortunately I could not proceed at this time and I had one issue to resolve before I could be approved for another mortgage loan. I was very impressed by Cindy's mindfulness, she listened attentively to my needs, and never allowed me to be in a vulnerable position where I could have lost my earnest money deposit. I strongly recommend her. She works with knowledgeable lenders. Her company can also facilitate property rentals, and credit repair, in addition to being a realtor. I have established a working relationship with Cindy and will be working with her company on credit repair and then I will definitely be selling my current home and will buy another home all with Cindy. Cindy is an expert in her field and I strongly recommend her.
